Our Story

Eagle Ranch is a family-owned and operated ranching business located in the heart of East Tennessee. We are dedicated to providing high-quality beef products while being stewards of the land. We raise our cattle the natural way. No vaccines, no hormones, no antibiotics, no grain, they are just fed natural grass from non pesticide pastures and natural minerals. The way God intended.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Beef@eagleranchtn.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Eagle Ranch is committed to sustainable ranching practices. We utilize rotational grazing and other methods to ensure the health of the land and the animals.

Yes, our cows are both grass-fed and grass-finished in our pastures that are not sprayed with any pesticides or anything else for that matter. During the colder months or during draught conditions, they are being fed pesticide-free hay. In addition, our cows also receive important natural minerals.

Grass-fed beef is nutritionally superior to grain-fed beef. It is less fatty, but has up to five times the amount of healthy Omega 3 fatty acids, which aids in your heart health. Additionally, grass-fed beef contains higher amounts of Vitamins A and E to support our immune system and hormone health.

No. We intend to raise our cattle the natural way, as God intended, so you know exactly, that all you are getting is 100% beef

All beef will be frozen and in vacuum sealed packaging, with labels describing the cut of the specific packaging.

Since grass-fed and grass-finished beef contains less fat than grain-fed beef it takes less time to cook it and can easily be overcooked. When grilling or cooking, pay close attention to the internal temperatures. The ideal internal temperature is recommended to be rare (120°-130°) to medium rare(130°-135°)

As a general rule, a whole cow will use up about 16+ cubic ft of freezer space. While a half cow will take up about 8 cubic ft.
