Yes, our cows are both grass-fed and grass-finished in our pastures that are not sprayed with any pesticides or anything else for that matter. During the colder months or during drought conditions, they are being fed pesticide-free hay. In addition, our cows also receive important natural minerals.

When grilling or cooking, pay close attention to the internal temperatures. The ideal internal temperature is recommended to be rare (120°-130°) to medium rare(130°-135°)
